Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Floor plan has a delivery window of 24-48hrs. Video reels are delivered within 3 business days. Shoots completed on weekends will be delivered within 24 hours of the start of the following business week. Goods will only be delivered after payment is completed (Cash, check & Zelle is accepted)

We offer our services for all types of residential and commercial real estate, including Airbnbs, restaurants, hair salons, gyms, and more.

Please ensure the property is fully prepared prior to the photographer’s arrival to facilitate a smooth and efficient shoot.

All photo shoots include a complementary floor plan of the property as well as  sky correction (Floor plan is only available for residential properties). Your first booking with us includes a video reel of up to 30 seconds of the property (Only included in any session worth $100 upwards).

You do not need to be present during the scheduled shoot, as long as access to the property is provided and the photographer is informed beforehand of any specific features you would like highlighted. If you wish to be present, you are more than welcome to.

All images may be used by the Agent for marketing the property and for self promotion. The Agent’s parent company may use the images solely to market the photographed property during the active listing period. Images may not be shared with third parties without prior permission.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment otherwise a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. In case of bad weather shoot will be rescheduled at no charge.
