Booking Form
Availability is Monday through Sunday. For optimal natural lighting, please schedule appointments between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Appointments must be scheduled 48 hours prior to the shoot. By booking you agree to terms and conditions listed below.

Delivery Times
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video reels are delivered within up to 3 business days. Shoots completed on weekends will be delivered within 24 hours of the start of the following business week. Goods will only be delivered after payment is completed (Cash, check & Zelle is accepted)
What kind of properties do you shoot?
We offer our services for all types of residential and commercial real estate, including Airbnbs, restaurants, hair salons, gyms, and more.
Do you have to be present during the shoot?
You do not need to be present during the scheduled shoot, as long as access to the property is provided and the photographer is informed beforehand of any specific features you would like highlighted. If you wish to be present, you are more than welcome to.
Usage Rights
All images may be used by the Agent for marketing the property and for self promotion. The Agent’s parent company may use the images solely to market the photographed property during the active listing period. Images may not be shared with third parties without prior permission.
Referrals
Get a free upgrade to a video reel package on your next photos hoot when you refer us to another realtor and they book at least a basic photo package. The referred client must inform us of the referral at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment otherwise a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. In case of bad weather shoot will be rescheduled at no charge.
